English as a foreign language is organised within the Eurpean Union according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages according to the following grid, taking into account the following competences :
oral comprehension;
oral expression;
written comprehension;
written expression.
Enrolment and English language courses are organised throughout the year at our office in Constanta, Strada Eliberării no. 7 or by contract at the offices of the requesting institutions.
